Your function date should be put on hold as early as possible. For weekend social events, we will hold your date for 7 business days.

Once your date has been chosen, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract indicating your agreement to the terms and conditions must be signed and returned with the initial deposit menu and contract. An additional deposit equaling 50% of the estimated balance is due 90 days prior to the function date. With this additional deposit, your will be guaranteed menu pricing current at that time.

Actual counts (guarantees) must be called in 7 business days prior to the event. You cannot decrease that count. If no guarantee is received we will prepare for the number indicated on the original function sheet and will charge accordingly.

Payment of the balance in the form of cash or check is due at the end of the event. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Service Charge:
Fuel and travel pricing will be based on the location of your event and current fuel costs.

Service staff will be assigned and charged based on the size of your event and the style of the service required.

Cancellation:
Any cancellation after five (5) business days of contract signing will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Given the nature of our business, cancellation due to weather will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, if not received 4 business days prior to the event. Should the event be re-scheduled within 30 days, your deposit will be credited to your final invoice. Any event cancelled less than 4 business days prior will be charged 50% of the estimated full invoice, if not rescheduled within 14 days.

Prices quoted do not include an 9% NH state meals tax. All menu prices are subject to change.

Liquor License:
We hold a full liquor license with the State of New Hampshire.

The sale and service of all Alcohol is strictly regulated by the State of New Hampshire. As a licensee, Tidewater Catering Group is responsible for the administration of these regulations.

Tidewater Catering Group's managers, bartenders and servers are trained in responsible beverage service and if necessary will refuse service to anyone that, in their opinion, appears to be consuming more alcohol than is considered responsible and safe. We ask that you support us in meeting this responsibility.
